The mission was clear: a complete digital overhaul for internal efficiency and global brand repositioning. A fully-fledged digital transformation, inside and out, was the chosen path. This project had already been in motion for a year before my involvement. The design foundations had been laid by the team. Sharing the same design philosophy and principles, I seamlessly integrated them into my workflow to meet the impending deadline.

Furthermore, the need to support localisation in multiple languages, meet accessibility standards, and maintain a future-proof, flexible yet reliable and modular design language added to the complexity.
To address these challenges, I familiarised myself with the existing design language, then wire-framed, designed, and produced assets for a smooth transition and successful delivery of a project of this magnitude.
We engineered an extensive component ecosystem with over 60 fully responsive AEM components. These components not only robust but also ensured user-friendly operation within the CMS, significantly expediting content creation and enhancing lead generation efforts. The renewed digital ecosystem replaced 70+ country sites with 9 global language sites – including Chinese, Japanese, and Russian.
We raised the bar on page build and asset production, ensuring consistently high-quality output that elevated the global brand with over 30 years of history.
To promote best design practices and principles, we introduced a comprehensive design system and digital guidelines. These resources played a pivotal role in facilitating the brand's ongoing digital evolution, ensuring a cohesive and consistent digital presence.
